A reader asks: “Is it also raining up in the air or is it just down here on the ground? In other words: If I build a tower, will I get wet and have to put on waterproof clothes?”
Meteorologist Niork Nunno answers: It rains both places, but only until sometime in the middle of the afternoon. Then a high pressure moves in from the west which stays until Thursday.
