The very skilled and straightforward doctor Alban Alhambra Boko Dix dipped a sugar cube in purple liquid on Thursday then he soothingly handed it to small Jonas and then he first dropped it and then sullenly let himself in for finishing a game of canasta that was handed to him by Jonas’ parents on a parcheesi game board propped up with a lute for the cards to not fly off. When he had lost the game, which started on the night before, his down-to-earth and in all respects kind comment was:

“Thanks for the game, Mr. geologist.”
