At the company Fipson Inc. they air-clean rugs by spreading them out over a floor covered with small jets connected to an air pump that blows the air through the rug and straight up into the faces of the staff. The process is clever because the effect is completely similar to the effect of a common vacuum cleaner for private use but does not require a vacuum cleaner. Therefore, there was tension on Thursday when a new employee was to be hired.
“I was prepared to my fingertips, both psychologically and mentally. My coach had taken care of that. On the other hand, I kind of lost my way regarding what to say.
